4. 개인정보 처리의 위탁4. Processing by Service Providers

회사는 결제, 메시지·알림, 인프라·클라우드, 고객지원 등 서비스 운영을 위해 개인정보 처리업무를 외부 전문사업자에게 위탁할 수 있습니다. 실제 수탁업체가 확정되면 수탁자와 위탁업무의 내용을 이 방침에 공개하고, 계약을 통해 개인정보 보호 관련 의무를 관리·감독합니다.The Company may engage specialist service providers for payment, messaging and notifications, infrastructure and cloud services, customer support, and other operations. Once providers are finalized, the Company will disclose them and their processing activities in this Policy and manage privacy obligations through contracts and oversight.

5. 개인정보의 국외 이전5. Overseas Transfers

회사가 국외 클라우드 또는 외부 서비스를 이용하여 개인정보를 국외로 이전하는 경우에는 이전되는 개인정보의 항목, 국가, 이전 일시·방법, 이전받는 자, 이용 목적과 보유기간, 거부 방법과 그 효과를 관계 법령에 따라 별도로 안내합니다. 현재 실제 운영환경에서 국외 이전이 발생하는 경우 이 항목을 구체화해야 합니다.If personal information is transferred overseas through foreign cloud or external services, the Company will separately disclose the transferred data, destination country, timing and method, recipient, purpose, retention period, and any available refusal method and its effects as required by law. 6. 개인정보의 파기6. Destruction of Personal Information

보유기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 복구 또는 재생되지 않도록 안전한 방법으로 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구가 어려운 방식으로 삭제하고, 출력물 등은 분쇄 또는 소각 등 적절한 방법으로 파기합니다.When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled, personal information is securely destroyed so that it cannot be restored or reproduced.
